SHIPPING INFORMATION

STANDARD SHIPPING

PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.

SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING HOLIDAYS AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS.

COURIER DELIVERY

Orders made through the CAPP website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from the warehouse. You will receive a notification email once the order is completed and dispatched. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange with you a convenient delivery time. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER

IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO CAUSES ASCRIBABLE TO THE ABSENT COOPERATION OF THE CUSTOMER (WRONG OR INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER, WRONG OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, ABSENT RECEIVER,) OR IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (QUWA) AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You can always cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. To cancel your order, kindly send an email to cappegypt@gmail.com

Kindly note that failing to receive your order after it has been shipped for a maximum period of 1 week will automatically subject your order to its cancellation. Refund will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days after cancellation. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Depending on the stage when you cancel the delivery, the current policies will apply:

-If you canceled the delivery before the “Picking up” state, no cancellation fee will apply.

-If you canceled the delivery right when the courier arrives to your place, or if there is no one present at your place, a cancellation fee with the price of the next day delivery price will apply.

-If you canceled the delivery while the courier is delivering it, a cancellation fee with the price of the next day delivery price will apply.

-If your customer refused to accept the item you sent him, the Courier will deliver the item back to your place, and you will be responsible for a full fare.

-If there is no one present at the drop-off address, the Courier will call your customer, and will wait for him 10 minutes before returning the item to you, a full fare will apply in this case.

-If there is no person at the drop-off address, the Courier will call to inform you. If no one is present at your place when the Courier arrives, you will be fully responsible for your delivery item, and a full fare will apply.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any CAPP item for a full refund, within 7 days of receiving your original order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

-Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
